How our pricing works

Most of our hires start from around £700 excluding transportation — larger room fills, bespoke colours, custom-made pits and fully staffed installations cost more. Every event is different, so your final quotation is tailored to it. The calculator above gives you an itemised estimate in about two minutes; the notes below explain what sits behind the numbers. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What affects the price?

  • Pit size: larger pits require more equipment and considerably more balls.
  • Ball quantity: our 75mm balls require approximately 2,900 balls per cubic metre.
  • Ball colours: rainbow and clear balls are our standard options. Single-colour and bespoke combinations may cost more due to the time it takes to create your mix.
  • Delivery and collection: we operate from Kent, so venue location, vehicle requirements and delivery timings affect transportation costs.
  • Venue access: stairs, lifts, long loading distances and restricted installation times can require additional time and staff.
  • Event staffing: supervise with your own team, or ask us to include experienced event staff.
  • Hire duration: multi-day hires and unusual delivery or collection times may affect the price.
  • Bespoke production: custom inflatable pits and specially produced ball colours are quoted individually.

What will my quotation include?

Your written quotation will clearly show the equipment, number and colour of balls, hire period, transportation, staffing and any bespoke requirements included in the price.

Depending on the booking, we can include:

  • Cleaned balls and inspected equipment.
  • Delivery and collection.
  • Setup and pack-down.
  • Risk assessment and operating guidance.
  • Public liability insurance documentation.
  • Light-touch event supervision or a complete staffed service.

We'll make clear what is and is not included before you book, so there are no unexpected additions.

How can I keep the cost down?

Where appropriate, you may be able to reduce the cost by:

  • Choosing rainbow or clear balls rather than a bespoke colour.
  • Selecting one of our existing inflatable pits.
  • Providing suitable members of your own team for light-touch supervision.
  • Collecting and returning a balls-only hire from our Kent base.
  • Providing straightforward vehicle and ground-floor access.
  • Giving us flexibility over delivery and collection times.
