White ball pit with pearl and transparent balls

White pit, pearl & transparent fill — London

£975

A 3.5m × 3.5m white inflatable pit with 25,000 pearl and transparent balls, delivered to the venue in London, installed, then collected after the event.

What shaped the price: the upgraded pearl-and-transparent colour mix added to the standard pit price; the client provided their own supervision, which kept staffing costs at zero.

Self-supervised · delivery & collection included

Room filled with multicoloured ball pit balls

40,000-ball room fill — Manchester

£1,350

A complete balls-only room fill: 40,000 multicoloured balls delivered from Kent to a Manchester venue for a one-day event, then collected and removed the same night.

What shaped the price: the sheer ball volume and the long-distance transport were the two biggest factors; using our standard rainbow mix kept the colour cost down.

Balls only · long-distance delivery & same-day collection

5 metre black ball pit

Large black pit with staff — Chelmsford

£1,500

Our 5m × 5m black pit with 42,000 multicoloured balls, delivered and collected in Chelmsford, with our experienced operating staff supervising throughout the event.

What shaped the price: our largest square pit plus professional staffing — the client wanted a completely hands-off experience, and staffing is the main difference between this and a self-supervised hire.

Custom-built IMG Wrapped 2025 branded ball pit filled with blue, white and pearl balls Guest celebrating in the IMG ball pit Build it and they will play - the IMG pit seen through the venue window Technical design drawing of the custom-built IMG pit structure

IMG — "Wrapped 2025"

Custom-built pit · Brand event

The brief: a branded centrepiece for IMG's year-end celebration that guests couldn't walk past — or resist climbing into.

What we did: within a two-week turnaround we designed, engineered and fabricated a fully custom-built pit tailored precisely to the venue — a custom containment build with bespoke printed stretch-fabric wall panels, brand colour-matched blue, white and pearl balls, and on-site assembly by our installation team. We produce detailed technical drawings before manufacturing anything (bottom right, above) so the structure is right first time.

The result: the focal point of the event's social space all night, and a highly shareable moment that made the venue's own slogan true — build it and they will play.

Thousands of multicoloured balls cascading down the Big Brother house staircase The Big Brother house filled with multicoloured balls Housemate diving through the balls during the Big Brother challenge

Big Brother — ITV

100,000+ balls · Broadcast TV

The brief: ITV needed over 100,000 balls to transform a multi-level space in the Big Brother house into a large-scale challenge environment — delivered within strict production timeframes and compliant with on-set safety requirements.

What we did: we supplied and delivered 100,000+ multicoloured balls to the production set, coordinating closely with the studio team so everything integrated seamlessly into the challenge environment and was ready for filming, exactly on schedule.

The result: the centrepiece of a nationally broadcast challenge segment — instantly recognisable on screen, and everywhere on social the next morning.

Yes, we collected every last ball afterwards. Even the ones on the stairs.

Tony's Chocolonely campaign window filled with chocolate-coloured balls - It takes balls to end exploitation in chocolate Giant Tony's Chocolonely bag pouring chocolate-coloured balls into the window display

Tony's Chocolonely — central London

Bespoke ball colour · Retail campaign

The brief: a high-impact window display for Tony's ethical cocoa campaign — "It takes balls to end exploitation in chocolate" — in a central London retail location during peak footfall.

What we did: we produced custom "chocolate-style" balls in a bespoke colour run and filled the window precisely, so the giant Tony's bag appeared to be pouring its chocolate out into the display.

The result: a memorable street-level moment supporting Tony's mission against exploitation in cocoa production, with strong public engagement and social pick-up.
